Coaching
Tracy is a qualified Coach and can use Transformational Coaching, or more goal focused Transitional coaching process to help support you through a significant change or achieving your goals.
The underlying premise behind transformational coaching is that you will examine everything that could be in service of that transformation. It includes a holistic examination of your life, such as your values, cultural identity, patterns of behaviour etc that may be a catalyst or hindrance to significant change, where making that change helps you grow, develop, and ultimately “rewrite your reality.”
Focusing on a Transformational Coaching process can be supported by practices of embodiment and mindfulness to explore the question: "Who, and how do I need to be in order for my goals or dreams to become a reality?"
Coaching can also be focused on transitional, goal-oriented, or situational coaching where I will work with you to address a specific challenge with a focused outcome. This is the type of coaching that often happens in professional environments or can support you with career or performance goals. It is also helpful for health and lifestyle changes, e.g. where you need to adopt new habits to make significant physical health improvements
Choosing between Transformational or Transitional Coaching:
A transitional coaching approach would, for example, help you move from one job to another, while a transformational coach empowers you to completely rethink what’s possible for you professionally. Transformational Coaching may even help you rewrite the parameters of what a professional life could look like in the context of your whole life.
Coaching will take place over an agreed number of one to one sessions (usually 6-8) and can be incorporated with any other one to one approach as it can be focused on goals for life, health, physical performance, career, relationships and more!
