Tracy offers a range of One to One packages for body and mind, supporting you to become your best self and achieve your highest potential. One to One sessions are tailored to your exact requirements and can focus on any combination of Body, Mind or Spirit approaches. Here are examples of what can be covered for each aspect:

Body 

A nurturing approach to physical therapy focused on enhancing your ability to move with improved functional strength and mobility This approach is particularly useful if you are concerned with physical pain, discomfort or injuries. We’ll begin with thorough biomechanical assessment and taking time to gain an understanding of how your body is feeling.

Then there’s time for massage with mobilisations/manual therapy/dry needling as appropriate. Finally we’ll review some yoga, mobility work or mindful movement inspired restorative exercise recommendations to support your healing journey. This One to One is also suitable for those of you seeking to enhance performance whether in sports or life in general. For this we can add techniques from meditation and mindfulness to provide you with ways of improving focus and managing symptoms such as performance related stress or anxiety.

Mind

Focusing on a Transformational Coaching process supported by practices of embodiment and mindfulness we explore the question: "Who (and how) do I need to be in order for my goals or dreams to become a reality?" 

To facilitate this process, transformational coaching supports you to dive below the surface and immerse yourself in self-exploration, examine your beliefs, images, and interpretations about who you are and your purpose and place in this world—it is all of these which give rise to your existing way of being, and examining them sheds light on why you experience life as you do.

It's a deep dive into your operating system and requires the willingness to face fears and beliefs in order to become free of patterns of thought and emotion that have held you captive for a lifetime. Change then happens at the core level of mind, within your internal 'operating system'. Growth and change at this level creates the impetus for equally significant shifts in your behaviors, choices, and emotions.

Over time, real transformation occurs, and the necessary thoughts, attitudes, and actions which function to bring envisioned goals into existence will arise organically.

Coaching will take place over an agreed number of one to one sessions (usually 6-8) and can be incorporated with any other one to one approach as it can be focused on goals for life, health, physical performance, career, relationships and more!

Spirit

For those seeking to go deeper, the yoga and meditation inspired Mind One to One is an approach centred on reuniting body and mind. Using yoga, meditation and energy work, the specific emphasis in this One to One is on creating an experience in which you can grow and heal, open up, de-stress, get in touch with what really matters to you.

We will begin to work with your body using mindful movement, somatic intention and meditative energy awareness in what, for many, is a new way of being.

It’s a way of working with your breath, energy and movement that brings about a greater degree of ease, integration and freedom in both body and mind. We will be really listening to your body, dropping in beneath the surface, cultivating present attention, compassion, resilience, and even playfulness to support the greatest sense of well being and agency in Your Whole Self.
